TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, viewing, downloading, purchasing, sharing, or interacting with any gallery, media content, photographs, videos, digital assets, or services provided by World Boss Media through Pixieset or affiliated platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All photographs, videos, creative media, graphics, edits, visual assets, and related content displayed within World Boss Media Pixieset galleries remain the exclusive intellectual property of World Boss Media unless otherwise stated in writing.

Content may not be:
• Resold
• Altered
• Screenshotted for commercial use

2. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Clients, attendees, and authorized users are granted a limited personal-use license to:
• View gallery content
• Download approved media
• Share approved media for personal/social use
• Purchase prints or downloads where enabled

Commercial usage rights require separate written approval.

3. EVENT MEDIA RELEASE

By attending events covered by World Boss Media, attendees acknowledge and agree that photography, videography, and media capture may occur during the event. World Boss Media reserves the right to use captured content for:
• Portfolio use
• Social media promotion
• Marketing campaigns
• Website content
• Press and promotional materials
• Educational or commercial purposes

If an individual wishes to request removal of specific imagery, requests may be submitted for review.

4. PURCHASES & DOWNLOADS

All purchases made through Pixieset are final unless otherwise stated.

World Boss Media is not responsible for:
• Incorrect download selections
• Lost downloaded files after delivery
• Third-party printing issues
• Device compatibility limitations
• User storage failures

Users are encouraged to back up downloaded content immediately after purchase or delivery.

5. PASSWORD-PROTECTED GALLERIES

Certain galleries may be password-protected or restricted to invited guests, subscribers, clients, or approved users.

Users agree not to:
• Share passwords publicly
• Redistribute restricted access links
• Grant unauthorized third-party access
• Attempt to bypass security protections

World Boss Media reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

6. EMAIL COLLECTION & COMMUNICATIONS

Certain galleries may request user information such as:
• Name
• Email address
• Contact details

This information may be collected for:
• Gallery access
• Customer support
• Download permissions
• Marketing communications
• Event updates
• Promotional campaigns

By submitting information, users consent to receiving relevant communications from World Boss Media. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. World Boss Media does not knowingly sell personal information to third parties.

7. AI, EDITING & CREATIVE STYLIZATION

Certain images or videos may include:
• AI-assisted workflows
• Creative enhancements
• Stylized editing
• Color grading
• Retouching
• Cinematic processing

Final creative direction remains at the discretion of World Boss Media unless otherwise contractually agreed.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

World Boss Media is not liable for:
• Platform outages
• Pixieset service interruptions
• Data loss outside Company control
• Third-party service failures
• Delayed downloads
• Device/browser incompatibility
• Unauthorized sharing by third parties

All gallery services are provided “as available.”

9. PROHIBITED USE

Users may not:
• Use gallery content unlawfully
• Harass or impersonate others
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Remove watermarks
• Use content for AI training without permission
• Misrepresent ownership of media

Violation may result in revoked access and legal action where applicable.

10. MODIFICATIONS

World Boss Media reserves the right to:
• Update gallery structures
• Modify pricing
• Restrict access
• Remove content
• Update these Terms at any time without notice

Continued use of the gallery constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
